I’ve been playing SWTOR almost non-stop, and it has been awesome. Loving smuggler and bounty hunter. :]

So I am really excited for Star Wars: The Old Republic to come out this month, so I decided to sketch some of my favorite Star Wars races. I started with a Nautolan and decided to dress her as more of a smuggler type character, which is the class I plan on playing as my main.

Volkswagen Commercial “The Force”
By far one of the most adorable commercials I’ve seen. Plus how can you not love a Star Wars reference?

Here is the collar. The embroidery was fun, but took a long time. I’m pretty happy with it, since it was my first time doing embroidery.
For my costume final we had to read Pygmalion and design a costume. We then had to create a piece of the costume. I chose to make and embroider the collar, which I will upload a picture of as well.
For my costume class we had to choose a well known character and then design a character board for them, complete with renderings. I chose Sandy from Grease for mine and decided to do two renderings to show both sides of Sandy from the musical.

So I’ve decided I really want to make an Aayla Secura costume. I’ve started researching ways to make lekku and what not. Sadly, actually trying to construct it will probably have to wait until summer or spring break, but in the meantime I will definitely enjoy researching for it.
I watch this movie every Halloween and Christmas and I still absolutely love it every time. :]

This just cracks me up. I feel like I would have the urge to do this.

Here’s the colored version of the dance costume for Bach’s Toccata and Fugue in D Minor.
